Our client is a small size independent hospital providing specialist support and services for men on the autistic spectrum with associated complex needs. The service provides a safe and structured environment for the delivery of dedicated support for people with autistic spectrum disorders.You will participate in:*Communications, including dissemination of corporate communications, staff meetings etc.*Clinical Supervision, Appraisal and Performance Management*Staff Development (Including Continued Professional Development) and training*Managing Positive Behaviour and Culture (ABC) within the service*Administration and ensuring that information and reports relating to the service are provided to relevant parties in an accurate and timely fashion*Medication management and safe working systems*Undertake the role of Key Worker and in this role be involved with the direct supervision of staffYou will be:You should be RNLD qualified with 3 years Learning Disabilities experience and have a full understanding of The Modernising Learning Disability Nurse Agenda.
