Breakfast call in the mornings - you know, getting up and dressed, a little breakfast and with time to have a cup of tea and a chat with a cheerful person. Its part time work in Central or South Birmingham. Home Instead Carers are known for being really lovely caring people, with a bright outlook on life. We are looking for friendly reliable people to assist our clients, so that they can live life to the full and remain independent in their own homes. Most clients require regular visits for a few hours a week. Help with getting up in a morning is a big area of need for our clients. Others may need help making a simple healthy evening meal, accompanying for a walk, or assisting with bathing and washing hair. Part time can include alternate weekends, weekdays, or evenings to suit you.
We provide free training, which can include NVQ or City & Guilds levels, a competitive rate of pay from £ 7.00 - £8 per hour depending on experience. Its a home care job with a difference (we dont do 15 minute calls!) Access to reliable transport is required but not essential, and yes! Mileage and bus fares is paid too!
